DRIVERS LICENCE RENEWAL
The member will receive a reminder SMS 3 months before his / her current driving licence expires subject to the member having registered via the Call Centre or the website. An appointment for the driver licence renewal will be made with the member within 72 hours of receiving the details required for the renewal from the member. The appointment date will be within one calendar month of the claim being logged. Once the renewed licence has been issued by the Issuing Institution, we will collect the licence and arrange to have it delivered to the member in South Africa where possible.
